However, a small percentage of the population does not see the same dramatic benefits. If you ordered Memory Plus™ and tried it, but were not satisfied with the differences you felt, then we insist on returning your money.

There are certain guidelines to this generous return policy.

They are:

1. You must request a return within thirty (30) days of your order date. If you need an extension to this trial period please contact us to request an exception.
2. If you ordered more than one box of Memory Plus™, you must return the additional boxes in unopened, untampered-with condition.
3. Please click here to contact us for a Return Merchandise number. Your number will be issued via email and will be necessary to complete the return and refund.
4. Once you receive a RMA number please package your return and write the return order number clearly on the package. Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund on partially returned orders, so make sure that everything is there.
5. Please ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number.
6. Your refund will be issued via the same method that payment was made. If you paid with your credit card, your refund may not appear until next month's statement. Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month, so your credit may not appear for up to 2 weeks after we receive your return. Please note that if you wish to discontinue membership, you MUST cancel prior to the next shipment to avoid being charged.


We cannot accept packages marked "Return to sender."

Due to the generous nature of our return policy we do strictly enforce the following terms and conditions:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event that a "free shipping" or “discount shipping” item is returned, $7.95 will be deducted from the final credit to cover shipping costs.

Re-order constitutes satisfaction and voids the guarantee.  Your enrollment in our monthly subscription also constitutes satisfaction and voids the guarantee.  You can however cancel your subscription and your will not be billed for future shipments. Please note that if you wish to discontinue membership, you MUST cancel prior to the next shipment to avoid being charged.

All customers must contact customer service before returning your product. Returned products without a return authorization number will be refused.

Unless a previous exception has been granted, no returns will be accepted if postmarked more than 30 days after the date of your order.
