Introduction: The Star Nutraceuticals Inc. and Memory Plus™ team takes a very serious approach to ensure best advertising practices when promoting our products. Our goal is to have customers who are fully aware of our conditions upon making their purchase, and are happy to enter into such an agreement being fully aware of all cancellation options as well as the details of the agreement should they choose to continue using our product.

All terms and conditions are fully disclosed several times throughout the site, and user testing is conducted on a regular basis to confirm that such areas of the site are clearly noticed and recognized. Billing details of the offer have also been included directly beside the payment area, and disclose fully all terms and conditions in relation to immediate and future fees as well as negative option billing. These details are presented in a clear and conspicuous manner, with regular font sizing as well as clearly legible font colours and backgrounds.

Limited Quantity Claims: Limited quantity claims presented on our sites are based on several factors, all of which contribute to their truthfulness. Primarily, the volume at which our products are sold is very rapid due to the markets within which we operate; often forcing us to put shipments on hold or even stop them altogether as we are unable to keep up with demand. The second aspect which affects our supply is the fact that product is often purchased in small quantities when entering new potential markets, and if not much success is gained in such markets the product ceases production and becomes unavailable for purchase by new customers. Similarly, this scenario can be observed in digital products, where such products often become unavailable for purchase by new customers due to decreasing demand in that particular market.

Cancellation Policy: In order to serve our customers best, we want the processes of cancelling memberships as easy as possible for anyone who would like to opt out. That’s why we not only have 24/7 live chat on all of our sites, but we also provide our customer service toll-free number on the confirmation email that customers receive after signing up, on all Contact Us pages and also in all billing descriptors that will appear on customer’s statements.

We continually monitor our phone lines to ensure that queue times rarely go above 60 seconds, and although we’re not perfect, our statistics indicate that less than 5% of calls have a queue time of 3 minutes or more.

Continuity Policy: We believe that continued value being delivered to our customers each month is essential to their success. Each customer who signs up and enrolled in our continuity plan receives a shipment of our product or a bi-weekly newsletter full of good relevant content that they can utilize to further their success, depending which program it is. Also, we are improving and optimizing our member's section on a routine basis to ensure that each time they log in, there's more value to be had. After a customer cancels their subscription, their unique log-in is de-activated and they no longer receive any further shipments, access to our evolving member's section or receive our bi-weekly newsletters. We want our serious customers who continue to strive to succeed be the only ones able to access our premium shipments or content on an ongoing basis.

Attorney General and B.B.B Complaint Handling: All complaints brought forward by the Attorney General of the Better Business Bureau (”B.B.B.”) are dealt with promptly and with the highest level of priority. All such cases are never left unresolved.

Recommendation Handling: Proper advertising practice is at the top of our priority list, and we are therefore open to further improving our practices as reasonably requested by any one. All recommendations are taken very seriously, and are promptly reviewed by our advertising and legal department.

Order Confirmation Calls: We call all of our customers within an hour after they place their trial order. We do this as part of our fraud prevention efforts in order to ensure that none of the orders placed on our site are fraudulent in nature. This call helps customers understand who they ordered from and helps them understand what they will receive. They are provided information about how our trial offer works, so that they understand both their rights and obligations. We believe that his helps to create a good relationship between our company and our legitimate customers. During the call we also explain to our customers how they can cancel their trial offer in the unlikely event that they are not satisfied with our product.
